Thanks to Claire's rigorous teaching and in-depth understanding of the wine and spirits, I passed WSET L3 Wines (merit) without working in drinks or hospitality. Her WSET L4 Diploma sessions were illuminating, helping crystallise our thoughts pre-exam. Claire is possessed of an impish sense of humour which makes learning fun.
